I’m at a great place right now mentally. I’m happy right now—and in the back of my mind—I know that sadness is creeping around the corner. The biggest mistake I made was to think that once I came out of depression, that means I will never be sad again.
We are humans. We live and we learn. I learned that when I’m happy – be happy. When I’m sad – be sad. There’s no such thing as bad emotions. Just be aware of what you’re feeling and question why you’re feeling that way. That’s what I learned.
